MARBLEHEAD METCO P.C.O, Meet our 2009-2010 Officers   The Co-Presidents:        Tisha Murphy & Teah Runs PCO Meetings and PCO Executive Board Meetings Prepares agendas for meetings in coordination with the PCO Executive Board Secretary. Calls meetings to order. Receives reports from the Secretary, Treasurer, METCO Director, and Committee Chairs. Sees that all outgoing PC Executive Board members pass on the records of their offices, ensuring proper orientation for their successors. Act as Marblehead’s representative on the METCO Legislative Committee and report legislative issues to MPC The Vice President: Patricia Felix Assists the President as needed and performs the duties of the President in his or her absence or inability to serve. Assist the secretary as needed and performs the duties of the secretary in his/her absence. Serve on host family committee and report to MPC The Secretary: Melody Satchell Route Prepares agendas for meetings in coordination with the PCO President. Publicizes the date, time, and agenda of all PCO meetings. Records and maintains a record of the minutes of all PCO Executive Board meetings, and general PC meetings. Maintains a current list of PCO members with their contact information. Takes attendance at each meeting The Treasurer: Tiffany Barnes Receives and disburses all monies of the organization with the approval of the PCO Executive Board.   Keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenditures. Opens accounts in the name of the PCO in bank(s) approved by the PCO Executive Board. Places all funds on deposit in the name of the PCO.   Presents a financial statement when requested by the PCO Executive Board. Makes a full financial report at the end of the current School year.     School Chairpersons Each school will have a school representative that will stay in contact with their school’s PTO and keep up to date with the school calendar by using email, phone and school visits.  They will report back the other members of the group who have students attending that particular school.
