Day 1, start in A block

White Water Rafting Forms are now available outside Ms. Jones' classroom! There are three necessary forms that are pink, yellow, and blue in color.  These forms are due on April 7th! If you are interested in attending, you must hand these forms in with a $25 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot!

Jefferson Forum is holding a Soles4Souls shoe drive. Soles4Souls is a nonprofit global organization committed to fighting poverty through the distribution of shoes to those in need.  Since 2006, the organization has donated 30 million pairs of shoes to 127 countries around the world.  Any type and size of shoe, either new or used, can be donated and placed in the donation bin near the main office.  Please clean out your closets and shoe racks to help them fight poverty!

Interact Club is running a Children’s Picture Book Drive!  The collection box is underneath the stairs in the main lobby! They appreciate any amount of books that can be donated!

GSA is holding a Prom Attire Drive! They are accepting formal dresses, dress shirts, dress pants, suit jackets, and gently worn shoes! The donation bin is in the main lobby under the stairs!

Composting has begun at MHS!

Composting is easy - we will have a composting station in the Cafe with students to help assist how to compost.  There is a bin for food waste, a bin for recycling and a trash bin.

Composting is a great way to help reduce our waste as a community! Instead of throwing food scraps in the trash that would then go to a landfill, these food scraps can be recycled.  If any students wish to be involved with composting, they can check in with Maddie Miller or Mr. Ryan.

The library will be open until 4pm Monday-Thursday for anyone who would like to use it for studying or printing after school ends!

Please make sure you use the sidewalk to walk to school.  We do not want you to cut through the community center parking lot for your safety.
