From the Common App...Finding Financial Aid & Scholarships
We understand that accessing financial aid and scholarship information should be simple. The Financial Aid Resources tab, located within a student's Common App, is filled with info on paying for college—from early planning to comparing financial aid package offers. The Common App has continued its partnership with Scholar Snapp, a free technology developed by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Scholar Snapp helps students apply for scholarships online and then re-use that information for other scholarship applications without making them retype their data again and again.

Scholarships
Scholarship information is posted on a bulletin board next to Mrs. Reardon’s office in the Guidance Department.  The bulletin board is updated frequently with possible scholarship options.  Scholarship information may also be found in Naviance under the “Scholarship” tab as well as websites.  Fastweb.com is another resource.  The Guidance Scholarship Offerings booklet will be posted online the beginning of March.  Please see your Guidance Counselor if you have any questions.

Wilhelmina Denning Jackson Art Scholarship - (need based) is a scholarship for men and women of Marblehead and Swampscott who wish to pursue further study in the field of art, as an art major, at a college or university.  Awards from approximately $1000 and up per year varies, and choice of recipient is based on ability and need.  An interview and portfolio are required and the Jackson Committee determine the awards.  The deadline is February 15.  Applications are in the Art Department.
