Welcome to Marblehead Public Schools Registration

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year is currently open.

Registration is hosted through our Aspen student information system. Please follow the instructions below to register your child(ren). Each student requires an individual registration. 

Prior to beginning the registration process, please have the following required documents readily available for upload:

• VALID OFFICIAL PHOTO ID OF PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN(S):
  License, Passport or other State or Federally-issued forms of ID
• PROOF OF ADDRESS OF PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN(S):
  Mortgage statement or Quitclaim deed
  OR
  Signed lease (with proof of first payment)
  AND
• A UTILITY BILL THAT IS NO MORE THAN 45 DAYS OLD:
  Acceptable bills include electric, gas, oil, cable or home telephone. Cell phone bills are not accepted.
• STUDENT BIRTH, HEALTH and EDUCATION RECORDS:
  • Birth certificate
  • Physical exam-including vision screening (from within one year from the start date of school)
  • Immunization records
  • Additional health-related documents 
  • 504 or IEP documents if applicable

PLEASE NOTE: At this time, Marblehead is not a School Choice District. Children who attend the Marblehead Public Schools must reside in Marblehead.
