Voya for 457b and 403b Retirement Plans

Marblehead employees have the option to set aside some of their pay into two various
plans for retirement in addition to their pension. You can choose a pre-tax Deferred
Compensation 457(b) option or a post-tax Roth government 457(b) option. We offer
both of these options through Voya Financial.

TDS for 403b Retirement Plan (School District Employees Only)

School employees also have the option to enroll in a tax deferred 403(b)
or Roth plan through Omni TDS. You can enroll in these plans anytime
throughout the year.

Boston Mutual Life Insurance

Marblehead offers employees the choice to enroll in a $15,000 Basic Life insurance policy through Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company, as well as options for Voluntary Life, Whole Life, and Critical Illness insurance. You may submit the form to enroll during Open Enrollment but please note that you will be required to complete and pass a medical questionnaire or exam to be eligible for coverage.
