Physical Examinations
Per MA regulations; documentation from a recent (withing the past 13 months) physical exam is required for:
- Entry to Kindergarten
- 4th grade
- 7th grade
- 10th grade
- All new students entering the district
Students participating in athletics need to have a physical on file within the past 13 months of the start of the activity
