BUS REGISTRATION

Bus transportation is offered to all students in kindergarten through grade 6 that live 2 or more miles from school.  Eligible students must be registered to ride the bus if they are planning to ride at any time during the school year.  This transportation is offered at no charge. Registration will open on Monday July 13th at 9:00 am for the 2026-2027 school year. We will not send confirmation for students who reside 2 miles or more from the school they attend , they are automatically eligible for transportation.

Please note that this registration does not apply to students that require specialized transportation.  If your student requires specialized transportation, it will be coordinated through the Office of Student Services.

PAY TO RIDE PROGRAM

Marblehead Public Schools will be offering a limited Pay to Ride busing program for the 2026-2027 school year.  This program is open to students in kindergarten through grade 6 who live less than 2 miles from their school.  The annual fee for students successfully registered in this program is $250.  

Online registration for this program will be made available on Tuesday August 11th.  The registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Please visit this website for the link to register on Tuesday August 11th at 9:00 am  . You will be notified by email by the end of the week if you have secured a pay to ride spot for your child.  A wait list will be maintained if any additional spots open up.
