• The Marblehead Public School's Bullying Incident Reporting Form is intended to facilitate the reporting of sensitive information to school officials, including information regarding bullying, student safety, violence, drug use, or students who may be in need of assistance.

    You are not required to use the Incident Reporting Form to report bullying. Reports of bullying may be made verbally or in writing to any member of the school staff including teachers, guidance counselors, your building principal, and other administrators.

    If you choose to use the Incident Reporting Form, you may submit it one of several ways:
    • In hand to your building principal, a teacher, or other administrator;
    • By mail to your building principal, a teacher, or other administrator;
    • Via email to your building principal or other administrator (Principal email addresses can be found below. Building addresses, phone numbers and other administrator email addresses can be found on the district website or in student handbooks)

    You may also complete the Incident Reporting Form anonymously. Please understand, however, that Massachusetts anti-bullying law prohibits the district from taking disciplinary action against an alleged aggressor solely on the basis of an anonymous report.

    Marblehead Public Schools respects and cares about your privacy. The information submitted, whether through the Incident Reporting Form or by other means, will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law. Retaliation against an individual for submitting a report of bullying is prohibited by district policy.
